No need, everyone is welcome in Nuova. Booking and paying for a workshop is done through our website. With a day pass, you can work as needed, even for just a couple of hours or during the opening hours of the whole day.

Nuova Ylläs is open all year round daily from 7.30-18.00. The Levi office is only open in winter. The next Nuova Levi will open in November 2025, when the premises will be open daily from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. In January 2026, we will open new, year-round premises in Levi.

The price of the Nuova day pass includes access to the premises during opening hours, an ergonomic workstation, high-speed fibre optic internet, kitchen (microwave, fridge, coffee and tea), toilet, shower facilities (at the Ylläs location) and black and white printing.

Yes. Please bring your own computer, charger and mouse if needed. Each workstation will have its own monitor with HDMI connection and a keyboard. You will find adapters for different uses in our facilities.

We understand that situations change and life sometimes brings unexpected changes to plans. You will find the cancellation policy when you make your reservation.

When you make a reservation, you will receive a -30% discount on the price of the day pass for the next day or days. We also offer 7 and 30 day packages. Ask for more information by emailing info@nuova.fi.

You can book a desk in an open-plan space or a private office. An open-plan space is ideal if you want to work in a comfortable office environment and not be disturbed by others walking by. There is a separate phone booth for short calls. If you have meetings, talk a lot on the phone or want complete privacy, this is the best choice. All workstations include an adjustable electric desk, external monitor and keyboard.

Nuova is a quiet working space where unnecessary interruptions are avoided. The exception is lunch time from 11 to 12, when it is allowed and recommended to talk more casually. A phone booth and offices are available for phone calls.
